The gratuitous and uncompromising positions will shock parents across the globe, worrying that their children might emulate their good-girl-turned-bad idol.
The former Hannah Montana actress has been on a desperate bid to shake off her Disney princess image since leaving the show in 2011.

She successfully broke into the world of adult entertainment in August, twerking with a foam finger at the MTV VMAs as she simulated male genitalia by rubbing it between her legs in front of a worldwide audience.
As if that wasn't controversial enough, there was a nude-coloured latex bra and hotpants combo that made the 20-year-old look naked from afar.
And now the Nashville native has shed her layers once again in various provocative stances to be shot by renowned photographer Terry Richardson.

In one of our images, the Wrecking Ball songbird - who stripped off completely NAKED for her new music video - can be seen wearing nothing but fishnets.
She loosely covers her modesty by folding her arms across her chest, yet her right nipple is clearly visible between her thumb and palm.
Instead of a smile as a glamour model might do, Miley sticks her tongue out in rebellion as if to say, 'F you'.
The ultra-manicured nails and bling dripping from her wrists will confuse young admirers that her vulgarity is irrelevant - or rather, rewarded - by these golden riches.
In another picture, the attention-grabbing starlet wears a cutaway scarlet leotard that is merely a long-sleeved thong.
She holds a drink can to her crotch and waves it around - with tongue hanging out like a dog on heat - as if it is her manhood.

But it's not just distraught parents who are disturbed that Cyrus' crudeness may impress upon their young children.
Even Sinéad O'Connor has spoken out, labelling Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter a PROSTITUTE.
The Nothing Compares 2 U singer told Miley the music industry "doesn't give a s**t about you" and that she will "end up in rehab as a result of being prostituted".
Unable to maintain a dignified silence, Miley bit back, mocking the Irish musician's struggles with mental health, prompting Sinéad to write a second open letter.
Having battled bipolar, she wrote: "I am staggered that any 20 yr old woman of the 21st century could behave in such a dangerous and irresponsible manner as to not only send the signal to young women that its ok to act like prostitutes but also to the signal that those who have suffered or do suffer mental health problems are to be mocked and have their opinions invalidated."
Meanwhile, Miley arrogantly replied: "Sinead. I don't have time to write you an open letter cause Im hosting & performing on SNL this week.
"So if youd like to meet up and talk lemme know in your next letter. :)"
