Hurricane Harvey: Mike Pence Tours Devastated Areas In Texas

President Mike Pence toured storm damage in Texas, and vowed that the U.S. would see people through the tragedy.

Texas Gov. He joined with volunteers as he saw the devastation caused by the hurricane-turned-tropical depression that set a rainfall record and severely flooded the Houston area.


The Vice President got hands on and carried broken branches to a pile of debris in Rockport, Texas.
